We prioritize products that are ready for dispatch within 1-2 days from our warehouse in Bengaluru. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive courier details to track delivery, with lead times depending on your location.

We ship through registered courier partners, packaging sustainably with recycled and renewable materials to ensure safe delivery without harming the planet.

Yes, all orders include free shipping. The price you see covers all costs associated with delivery to your doorstep.

Once shipped, you’ll receive the tracking reference number and courier name. Visit the courier's website for real-time tracking and estimated delivery dates.

If you’re unavailable, our delivery partners will make a few attempts. After that, the package returns to us, and your order will be canceled. Please provide accurate shipping details, including zip code and mobile number, to facilitate smooth delivery.

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • An incorrect item was delivered, differing from the description on our website.

  • The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

If eligible, email us at info@pacinggrass.com within 48 hours with the following:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return, and attach an image if the product is defective or incorrect.

If confirmed, we’ll process a replacement, exchange, or refund within 10 business days after the product is returned.

You’re eligible for replacement if:

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • The product has a quality or manufacturing defect.

For replacements, email info@pacinggrass.com within 48 hours, and include the order number, delivery address, reason for replacement, and an image if relevant.

In cases where replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are issued as a credit coupon.

After confirming your return, we’ll arrange pickup within 5 business days from the delivery address. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, barcodes, and invoices.

We encourage recycling. Please hand over your used product to your municipal waste collector with other recyclable dry waste.

If your package appears tampered upon delivery, we recommend you do not accept it.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange pickup within 5 business days, and refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the product.
